- Consultancy fee will be charged when the job vacancy is filled with YSGS‘s introduced candidate.

- In case a client would like to search for candidates confidentially and agrees the exclusive contract with YSGS, YSGS is responsible for the prioritied and confidential search with contingency fee charge.

Retainer Search
- In order to search for C-Level or candidates from direct competitors, YSGS is responsible for the confidential search with management fee. YSGS provides the recruitment market information regularly with the client.
